Be amazed by Ubon Ratchathani Candle Festival, cruise along the duo-colored river and bath the sunrise and climb up on Pha Taem National Park to witness the prehistoric painting and various kinds of blooming flowers. Appreciate the beautiful Tripitaka Hall made by three different craftsmen at Wat Thung Si Mueang, pay merit to Sri Maha Pho Buddha’s Relic at Wat Nong Bua and the Topaz Buddha. For natural sites, visit Saeng Chan Waterfall, go rafting at Kaeng Saphue and take a walk on the white sand of Khong River at Salung Beach. Then switch to visit Ban Kham Pun, the famous hand-woven village and end your journey at night by counting the constellations at Sampan Boke, the Grand Canyon of Thailand.

Wat Sirinthorn Wararam

Sirinthorn Wararam Pu Prao is a temple situated atop a hill between Ubon Ratchathani and the Chong Mek Border. Most special and beautiful about it is the “Glowing Tree Art” behind the temple, which would gradually shine as the skies darken for the evening. It is also a great spot for watching the sunset and stargazing.

Pha Chan

Pha Chan is a steep cliff about 40-50m above sea level, stretching about 5km. Tourists will be able to marvel at the amazing geographical features on both sides of the riverbanks.
