Buriram is the city of sandstone sanctuaries, the land of volcanoes, beautiful silk, and rich culture. The city situated in the lower part of the Northeastern region, about 410 km from Bangkok. The most famous and worth visiting ancient sandstone sanctuary is Phanom Rung historical park. The city is now well-known as the sport city by the reputation of Buriram United Football team and the Buriram United International Circuit.

Phanom Rung historical park

Buriram United Football Stadium

The stadium of Buriram United Football team, one of the most fans-based football team in Thailand, is also called Thunder Castle Stadium.
