Special Baggage (Items Require Special Handling)

Such items as following

• Sports equipment: Bicycle, Golf, Diving Equipment, Surfboard, Archery Equipment, Fishing Equipment, etc.
• Musical instruments such as Guitars, Drums, Keyboard instrument, zither, etc.*Smaller instruments can be be carried on board without additional fee such as violin, ukulele, flute, etc. The size of the instrument including its package must not exceed the dimension of 56 x 36 x 23 cm. This will be considered as carry on luggage and the terms and condition in article 7.9 apply.
• Electronics item e.g.; television set, computer, etc.
• The item size over 40 cm. x 75 cm. x 50 cm. except normal suitcases or items considered by the airline’s staff as the special baggage.

These items will incur extra handling fee based on the fee schedule. They must be suitably packed to prevent damages. Unsuitably packed items may be refused for check-in. The overall weight of such items including its packaging must not exceed 30 kg.

2.Bicycle fee

• These items weight does not combine with the weight of passenger’s baggage.
• The weight must not exceed 30 kg. per piece.
• Items Require Special Handling and bicycle must be packed in appropriate packaging, box, or prevent harm. If Items Require Special Handling or the bicycle is not packed or packed inappropriate packaging which may cause damages during transport, ground staff can reject not to load the bike. If passengers insist to load, Nok Air will not be liable for any damages that may occur due to inappropriate packing.
