Check-in at Airport Counter

Passenger must present booking number and the identification card or passport at check-in counter.

Domestic Flight
 

• Check-in counter locates on 3rd floor, Terminal 2
• Check-in counter opens 2 hours prior to the departure and Check-in countercloses 45 minutes prior to the departure from 1 June 2016 onwards.
• Passenger should be at the gate 40 minutes prior to the departure for boarding. Boarding gatecloses 10 minutes prior to the departure.

International Flight
 

• Check-in counter locates on 3rd floor, Terminal 1
• Don Mueang International Airport: Check-in counter opens 3 hours prior to the departure and closes 1 hour prior to the departure.
• Airports in Yangon: Check-in counter opens 2 hours prior to the departure and closes 45 minutes prior to the departure.
• Airports in Ho Chi Minh City: Check-in counter opens 3 hours prior to the departure and closes 50 minutes prior to the departure.
• Passenger should be at the gate 40 minutes prior to the departure for boarding. Boarding gatecloses 10 minutes prior to the departure.

Check-in Tips

Starting from 1 August 2016, check-in at Nok Air counter, Don Mueang (Terminal 2, Row 14-15) will be more convenient with the specific rows provided. Please refer to the screen above each counter before check-in.

• Mobile | Web Check-in counter for passenger with advanced check-in on mobile application and website and wish to drop the baggage
• NO BAGS: counter for passenger without loaded baggage
