    Terms and Conditions

 

    1. Passengers must book their tickets at least 48 hours before departure. If it is less than 48 hours, you will not be able to choose to change the menu or order more.

    2. NOK MAX passengers will receive a Snack box for domestic routes / Hot meals for international routes, with the option to change the menu and order additional food or drinks at
        least 48 hours before departure.

    3. For NOK X-TRA and NOK LITE passengers, additional food or drinks can be ordered at least 48 hours before departure.

    4. In case the passenger has completed the booking and selection of food. The menu cannot be changed.

    5. In case the passenger has successfully booked the ticket. If you want to order more food, you can buy for more food on your Manage Booking page at least 48 hours before departure.

    6. In case the passenger has booked or changed the trip for less than 48 hours, the passenger will not be served meals on board and can’t be refunded.

    7. For cross-regional routes , meals and drinks on board will not be available.

    8. Meals may be changed as appropriate or in case meals are not available. The company will compensate as appropriate for such an event.

    9. Nok Air reserves the right to change the price, terms and conditions of the service without prior notice.
