• Nok Premium Seat can be purchased 1 seat per flight per passenger
• Nok Premium Seat is non-transferable except name change case
• For the booking via www.nokair.com

• Passenger who travels with an infant under age of two may travel provided he sits on the passenger's lap. Only one (1) infant is allowed for one (1) passenger per row. The number of infants is limited per flight due to safety regulations.
• Payment is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

To ensure cabin safety, passengers seated in exit rows must meet the following requirements:

• 16 years old and above.
• Physically and mentally fit to assist crew in an emergency and be able to exit expeditiously.
• Not require the extension seat belt.
• Capable of understanding printed or spoken emergency instructions.
• Not in any stage of pregnancy.
• Not travelling with infants and/ or children or not be required to take care of companions.
• Not a Buddhist monk or novice.

For safety reason, we reserve the right to allocate another seat before departure to passengers who cannot satisfy these requirements.
